Leak testing

Containers, vessels, enclosures, or other fluid system are sometimes tested for leaks - to see if there is any leakage and to find where the leaks are so corrective action can be taken. There are several methods for leak testing, depending on the situation. Sometimes leakage of fluid may make a sound which can be detected. Tires, engine radiators, and maybe some other smaller vessels may be tested by pressurizing them with air and submerging them in water to see where air bubbles come out to indicate a leak. If submerging in water is not possible, then pressurization with air followed by covering the area to be tested with a soap solution is done to see if soap bubbles form, which indicate a leak. Other types of testing for gas leaks may involve testing for the outleaking gases with sensors which can detect that gas, for example - special sensing instruments for detecting natural gas. U.S. federal safety law now requires natural gas companies to conduct testing for gas leaks upstream of their customer's gas meters. Where liquids are used, special color dyes may be added to help see the leakage. Other detectable substances in one of the liquids may be tested, such as saline to find a leak in a sea water system, or detectable substances may even be deliberately added to test for leakage.

UNSCRAMBLER Series

In due versioni, per contenitori di grandi e piccole dimensioni. La macchina riordina contenitori in plastica, vuoti e di qualsiasi forma caricati alla rinfusa in una tramoggia di alimentazione. I contenitori escono dalla macchina in posizione verticale sulla propria base di appoggio e vengono prelevati da un nastro trasportatore table top.

La macchina necessita solo del carico delle sacche da parte dell’operatore; essa è in grado di riempire, tappare e depositare su di un nastro di trasporto il prodotto finito completamente in automatico.

RASR4/T2 is a semi-automatic, rotary, reciprocating motion, 8-station machine, capable of filling and capping bags of various capacities and materials. The machine only needs the bags to be loaded by the operator; it is capable of filling and capping them and placing the finished product on a conveyor belt, completely in automatic mode.

RSA/A1T Series

La macchina necessita solo del carico delle sacche da parte dell’operatore e, completamente in automatico, è in grado di riempire, tappare e depositare su di un nastro di trasporto il prodotto finito.

RSA/A1T is a semi-automatic, reciprocating motion, 2-station machine, capable of filling and capping bags of various capacities and materials. The machine only needs the bags to be loaded by the operator and, completely in automatic mode, it is capable of filling and capping them and placing the finished product on a conveyor belt.

RMS2 Series

RMS/2, è una macchina manuale a 2 stazioni, in grado di riempire sacche di diverse capacità e materiale. L’operatore una volta inserita la sacca nell’apposito falso ugello deve semplicemente preme il pulsate di “inizio riempimento”. La tappatura della sacca avviene in modo manuale da parte dell’operatore.

RMS/2 is a manual machine with 2 stations able to fill bags of different sizes and materials. The operator has only to insert the bag in the false nozzle and, than, to push the button of “filling start”. The bag capping is made manually by the operator.
