Leak testing

Containers, vessels, enclosures, or other fluid system are sometimes tested for leaks - to see if there is any leakage and to find where the leaks are so corrective action can be taken. There are several methods for leak testing, depending on the situation. Sometimes leakage of fluid may make a sound which can be detected. Tires, engine radiators, and maybe some other smaller vessels may be tested by pressurizing them with air and submerging them in water to see where air bubbles come out to indicate a leak. If submerging in water is not possible, then pressurization with air followed by covering the area to be tested with a soap solution is done to see if soap bubbles form, which indicate a leak. Other types of testing for gas leaks may involve testing for the outleaking gases with sensors which can detect that gas, for example - special sensing instruments for detecting natural gas. U.S. federal safety law now requires natural gas companies to conduct testing for gas leaks upstream of their customer's gas meters. Where liquids are used, special color dyes may be added to help see the leakage. Other detectable substances in one of the liquids may be tested, such as saline to find a leak in a sea water system, or detectable substances may even be deliberately added to test for leakage.

LYNX Series

Macchina automatica rotativa a movimento continuo in grado di rilevare tramite il primo carosello microfori, crepe e fessure non rilevabili a occio nudo anche se essi sono situati in posizioni coperte dal contenuto. Con il secondo carosello è possibile effettuare un'ispezione ottica completa.

Automatic rotary machine with continuous movement which by the first carousel is able to detect micro-holes and cracks which cannot be seen with the naked eye, even if they're located in areas covered by the contents. The second carrousel is designed to inspect to inspect containers with liquids that are suitable for optical inspection.

A&V Series

Il monoblocco prevede un modulo opzionale per una sessione di lavaggio esterno e di asciugatura per garantire la massima pulizia del contenitore prima dell'ispezione ottica e del confezionamenteo. The monoblock contains an optional module to externally rinse and dry the containers. This is done to guarantee optimal cleaning of the containers before inspection and subsequent packaging. Bag Control Inspector Series

La Bag Control è una sperlatrice automatica a movimento intermittente del carosello. L'operatore carica manualmente otto sacche nel piano di carico, dotato di apposite tasche che mantengono le sacche verticali. Le sacche vengono successivamente trasferite dal carrello di carico al carosello principale dotato di speciali pinze che afferrano la portzione superiore della sacca che rimane sospesa.

The Bag Control is an automatic bag inspection machine with intermitter motion of the carousel. The operator manually loads eight bags in the infeed bay wich is equipped with pockets that mantains the bags vertical. The bags are then automatically transferred to the main carrousel by the loading trolley and special grippers automatically close around the top portion of the bag which is suspended.

A&V AM Fox Series

Sperlatrice automatica rotativa a movimento alternato per fiale e flaconcini. I contenitori vengono posti sul cassetto di carico dall’operatore ed introdotti nella giostra centrale tramite una stella d’ingresso. Successivamente vengono messi in centrifugazione e sottoposti ai controlli.

Automatic rotating inspection unit with alternate motion for vials and small bottles. The containers are placed on the loading tray by the operator and fed into the central carrousel through an infeed starwheel. They are then centrifuged and inspected.

CONDOR DUPLEX Series

Macchina ispezionatrice semiautomatica per fiale, flaconcini, flaconi, siringhe e carpulle, e nel suo insieme, può lavorare con uno o più operatori. Essi possono eseguire l’ispezione utilizzando una lente d’ingrandimento o visionando il contenitore su un monitor.

Semiautomatic inspection machine for vials, small bottles, syringes, and carpoules. The machine, which is based on a revolutionary design, can be run by one or more operators. It is possible to use the magnifying glass or the monitor to inspect the containers.

ALC HF C Series

ALC/C effettua il controllo del livello di riempimento grazie ad un sistema di visione artificiale. Così facendo si ottiene una maggiore risoluzione e precisione del controllo e la possibilità di compensare la presenza di schiuma ed il movimento del menisco. Inoltre si ha la possibilità di integrare il controllo tappo e controllo chiusura (optional).

ALC/C controls the filling level using an artificial vision system. This ensures greater resolution and precision during the inspection as well as the possibility to compensate the presence of foam and the movement of the meniscus. It also offers the possibility to integrate the closure and cap control (optional).
